Booking Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with our Maldives travel services. We aim to provide accurate information across our website and promotional materials, and this policy outlines the foundation of your contract with us. Please read the details carefully, as they establish our mutual rights and responsibilities. By confirming your booking with us, it is understood that you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
Festive Season in the Maldives
During the peak season, from December 23rd to January 9th, prices are generally higher than at other times of the year. Additional fees may apply for special events such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve gala dinners, which are not included in the accommodation packages. Since this is the busiest time of the year, we recommend booking at least 121 days in advance to avoid any inconvenience. The low season usually spans from May to October.
Check-In and Check-Out
Resort check-in typically begins at 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you would like to request early check-in or late check-out, please inform us, and we will do our best to make arrangements. Alternatively, you can make these requests directly upon arrival or departure, although they are subject to availability. If not available, resorts may provide access to day-use rooms or facilities, such as showers and changing rooms, often for an additional fee.
Payment Policy
Our general payment terms depend on the season in which your booking is made. Specific policies may vary between resorts, so we recommend verifying the exact payment and cancellation terms with your Travel Consultant.

Accepted Payment Methods
To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment. Once your payment is processed and verified, we will issue a receipt. We accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank Wire Transfer: Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, and any bank fees must be borne by the customer.
- Visa, MasterCard, or American Express: Payments can be made through our secure gateway, with transactions verified instantly.
Your reservation will be confirmed immediately upon payment, and any card processing fees will be included in your personalized quote unless otherwise specified.
Amendment and Cancellation Policy
